The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you could ever need, even a generous hamper and beautiful flowers on arrival. It's so peaceful and quiet at night, making it the perfect retreat. Plus, the location is ideal for exploring nearby cities and the lakes. We had a jaw-droppingly comfortable bed and enjoyed cozy nights in with the added bonus of Sky TV. Highly recommended for a superb stay with all the little extras.

Had a fantastic Christmas break at this lovely cottage! the owners had really gone the extra mile with the little extras - a beautiful hamper and fresh flowers greeted us on arrival. the cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a huge bed in one of the rooms and a TV with Sky. the village had some nice pubs nearby, and the location was perfect for exploring Yorkshire, Lancashire, and the Lake District. Definitely recommend!

That the parking was not ideal, requiring a short walk from the designated area. However, considering all the other positives, this was a minor inconvenience.
